Esto supone que el que compra una propiedad de segunda mano tiene que pagar el ITP sobre el valor del mercado. Antes del a\u00f1o 2022, el que compraba una propiedad pagaba el ITP sobre el precio de compraventa escriturado.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo se calcula el valor del mercado? Para calcular el valor del mercado se tendr\u00e1 en cuenta los precios de venta de propiedades, esta informaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 facilitada por Notarios y Registradores.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Si compras una propiedad por un valor inferior al valor de referencia catastral tienes que tributar por el valor que indica este.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Si eliges a declarar por el precio de la compraventa, y si este se encuentra por debajo del valor de referencia catastral, la Hacienda te puede sancionar.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Tienes la posibilidad de recurrir el este valor de referencia en el caso de que no est\u00e9s de acuerdo.
